Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and verification.
True Refurb reserves the right to cancel or modify any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or policy violations.

5. Selling or Trading Devices

When you sell or trade your device on True Refurb, you confirm that:
- You are the lawful owner of the device.
- The device is not stolen, counterfeit, or blocked.
- Information provided (condition, model, accessories) is accurate.
The final value will be determined after device inspection.
Payment will be made through secure, approved channels within the stated timeline.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility is subject to our Return Policy.
Devices must be returned in the same condition as received.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after verification.
Service fees or shipping charges may be non-refundable.

7. Warranties and Limitations

All refurbished devices come with a limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects only.
