At True Refurb Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“True Refurb”, “we”, “us”, “our”), customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We aim to provide the best refurbished devices and services while maintaining full transparency in our refund and cancellation process.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipping

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the device is shipped.

To cancel, please email nassgreentechsolution@gmail.com or call +91-8296921925 with your order ID.

If payment was made online, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
After Shipping

Once the product is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

However, you may still request a return or replacement after delivery (see Section 3).
2. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns if:

The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

You initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.

The product is in its original condition, with all accessories, box, and invoice.
Non-Returnable Items

Devices damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or accidents.

Products with missing accessories, altered IMEI/serial numbers, or tampered warranty seals.

Items purchased during flash sales or clearance may not be eligible for return unless defective.
3. Return & Refund Process

If approved, you’ll receive a refund or replacement within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method or wallet balance used for purchase.

6. Warranty-Related Claims
All refurbished devices come with a warranty period (typically 6 months) from the delivery date.
For warranty issues after the return window:

Our service team will guide you through pickup, repair, or replacement under warranty.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated timeframe:

8. Exceptions
True Refurb reserves the right to decline a refund or replacement if:

The issue was caused by user damage.
